1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the a9jili Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the a9jili Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. a9jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform's notification system or to your registered contact details.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active a9jili account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law governing online casino gambling;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful for individuals of your age and circumstances;

• You have not previously been excluded from the a9jili Platform through self-exclusion, operator exclusion, or regulatory directive;
• You are not registering in violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the a9jili Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. a9jili may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

You must not:

• Share your a9jili login credentials with any other person;
• Allow any third party to access or use your a9jili account;
• Access another player's a9jili account under any circumstances;
• Create an account in another person's name or on their behalf.

a9jili accounts are for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. Any use of the Platform for commercial purposes, professional gambling strategies that involve software automation, or as part of any organized scheme is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

a9jili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability and applicable limits. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. a9jili does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Deposits funded from third-party payment accounts are subject to investigation and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. a9jili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary due to payment provider schedules.

4.3 Currency. All account balances, bonuses, bets, and winnings are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless explicitly stated otherwise. a9jili is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Limits. a9jili may impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at a9jili's discretion and may vary for individual accounts based on verification status and account history.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

a9jili offers various promotions and bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings may be made. Bonus wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.2 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly permitted, only one active Bonus may be held at any time per player. Attempting to claim a Bonus in a manner inconsistent with its terms, including through multiple accounts, will render the Bonus void.

5.3 Misuse. a9jili reserves the right to withhold or cancel any Bonus that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been claimed through abuse, collusion, or in bad faith. Decisions on Bonus eligibility made by a9jili are final.

5.4 Modification. a9jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonuses already credited and accepted in good faith.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the a9jili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

6.1 Random Number Generation. All slot games and digital table games on the a9jili Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided within game information panels.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or communication failure affecting any game, a9jili reserves the right to void any game round affected by such malfunction. a9jili shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Confirmation. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the a9jili server. Bets placed during a disconnection or technical fault may be voided. Players should verify their bet history in their account to confirm placement.

6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on a9jili are subject to additional sports-specific terms, including market settlement rules, void conditions, and in-play restrictions. These are published within the sports betting section of the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the a9jili Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or any game;
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, loophole, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker games;
• Using multiple accounts, or using another person's account, to claim promotions or circumvent account restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity;
• Attempting to deceive a9jili staff, impersonate another player, or provide false identification documents;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is illegal to do so;
• Using chargebacks, payment reversals, or other fraudulent payment methods to fund or withdraw from the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate communication with a9jili staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the a9jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, audio-visual elements, user interface design, and any compiled data or databases, is the property of a9jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from a9jili.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

a9jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

a9jili implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. a9jili makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. a9jili will endeavor to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a9jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, a9jili's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you with a9jili in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. a9jili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or third-party service failures.

11 Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your a9jili account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements must be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method.

11.2 Closure by a9jili. a9jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification; regulatory direction; or account inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you net of any amounts owed to a9jili.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Your continued use of the a9jili Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14.1 Initial Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the a9jili Platform, you agree to first contact a9jili support to seek an informal resolution. a9jili will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete description of your dispute.

14.2 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. a9jili consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of such proceedings.
